At S&L Medical, we have 12 convenient locations throughout Southern California that are fully equipped to expedite all your Social Security Income (SSI) disability application medical examinations.

 

Appointments are scheduled directly by SSI only. SSI Appointment Portal lists the open appointment dates and times available, as well as the names of doctors conducting the exams, and the ability to add ancillary services to the exams (such as x-rays and lab work).
